About the Presenters

Ann Marie Towle-Mason is a human resources professional with over 20 years experience serving as a senior-level HR leader and business partner.  Ann Marie uses her years of experience to coach clients by identifying opportunities and guiding them through the design and implementation of HR systems and strategies.  She has delivered various HR training topics, including Preventing Sexual Harassment to hundreds of companies.

Sergio Rosas is a human resources professional with nearly 25 years experience as a corporate trainer, curriculum developer, and human resources/business consultant.  He is experienced in general human resources and safety training, customer service training, strategic planning process, and leadership and management development programs.  He has trained both in national and international settings.  He is fluent in English and Spanish.

  • California Employers with 50 or more employees or independent contractors in California and elsewhere

  • Supervisors and Managers including managers, supervisors, lead persons, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two hours every two years for existing managers and supervisory employees

  • Two hours within six months for newly hired or promoted managers and supervisory employees

  • Interactive training by experienced facilitator with expertise in prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation

  • Practical guidance regarding the statutory provisions concerning the prevention and correction of sexual harassment

  • Available remedies to victims of sexual harassment in employment

  • Practical examples aimed at instructing the prevention of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
