What does Aspen do?
1) Loss control (onsite insurance or captive surveys and services) where our Loss Control Consultants provide risk assessments for insurance or captive purposes. For Brokers and Agents, we provide risk improvement services for their clients including written safety policies, onsite surveys, and training.
2) Workplace place safety consulting and training direct to companies to include: Written safety plans, Review of existing plans such as injury / illness prevention, fire prevention, emergency action, and hazard communication, Onsite safety assessments including mock OSHA inspections, Supervisor and manager safety training, coaching, and development, Bi Lingual Training and Education, OSHA and Cal OSHA compliance and other regulatory support, OSHA 10-Hour & 30-Hour Training for General Industry & Construction, Safety perception survey, Outsourced safety professionals.
3) Ergonomic consulting and training – both onsite and remote to include: Remote Ergonomic Assessments, Serving as an ERGOhealthy Coach, and providing Training via online or onsite.
What qualifications are required? The ideal Aspen Team Member should:

Have solid safety and loss control skills (or able to learn quickly)

Be dedicated to making a difference

Be capable of consistently completing a high volume of insurance surveys (for loss control Team Members)

Be willing to travel

Be motivated, analytical, resourceful, and have good problem solving skills

Have solid written, composition, and verbal communication skills

Be self-starting and able to succeed working independently in a remote environment, away from a home office with only occasional direction

Be organized and able to manage an aggressive workload with the ability to prioritize, and schedule work timely and efficiently

Have the ability to exercise timely and independent judgment and make independent decisions
